Hi Robin,

Since you mention before maret crashes, why are you still willing to pay $1k psf for a unit?

My own stay which i think is fair value. Too many agents are advertising sky high prices which is unreleastic. there is a need to let owners know that a correction is imminent. don' be stuck holding a baby!
